Meet Blair - experienced psychotherapist


Hi, welcome - I’m Blair

Are you experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships or other challenges in your life? If so, you are not alone.

I am a full clinical member of the UKCP and a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in the helping profession. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, I offer in-person and online therapy to individuals and couples. I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, bereavement, and trauma, while also working with a wide range of other issues.

I’m a big believer that holding compassionate space for self-inquiry is vital to the healing process. That’s why I encourage my clients to develop new behaviours and ways of being that cultivate resiliency and are transformative.
